Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Presence mobile application ("App") operated by Presence ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Access and Accounts

Access to Presence is provided via invitation-only access codes. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. You may not share your access code with others or allow unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Presence only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload through Presence. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and distribute that content to your connected social media platforms as directed by you.

AI-Generated Content

Presence uses AI to generate content suggestions and post copy. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your social media accounts.

Social Media Posting

Presence schedules and publishes content to social media platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with the terms of service of each connected platform. We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your content or accounts.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Presence available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the App for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to social media accounts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Presence at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
